You do a great job in bringing up the roles and responsibilities of what a leader should do and be, as well as what happens when leaders miss the mark. I can say that I have worked with both sides, leaders and team members, and I have seen burnout in both. Open communication between both leaders and their teams could go a long way toward work satisfaction.
